Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Lioness Telephone Answering Service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Lioness Telephone Answering Service provides live call answering, message taking, dispatching, and administrative support services tailored to client business needs.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete contact and billing information
  • Use the services for lawful purposes
  • Pay for services as outlined in their service agreement


3. Payment Terms

All services are billed monthly. Clients agree to automatic billing via ACH or credit card on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur service suspension.


4. Call Handling and Recordings

Calls may be monitored or recorded for training and quality assurance purposes. Clients are responsible for disclosing this to their customers if required by law in their state.


5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Early termination fees may apply for clients under contract.


6. Limitation of Liability

Lioness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or failure. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous billing cycle.


7. Confidentiality

We will keep all client data and customer information confidential and use it solely to provide agreed-upon services.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States.


9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
